•	A Surcharge of RM 120.00 ++ per room per night are applicable from 02 April 2010 to 04 April 2010.
•	Rates quoted with ++ denotes subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
•	Rates quoted nett are inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
•	All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
•	Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM60.00 ++ per bed per night without breakfast.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period : - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the hotel's bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
•	We accept American Express, JCB, MasterCard, Diners and Visa Cards.
•	Group and monthly rates available on request.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

One night room charges for the total rooms reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation not made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
