Rates Includes :

•	Rates are quoted for room only without breakfast.
•	All CaPITOL Deluxe Rooms are inclusive of complimentary non-alcoholic mini bar.
•	The following amenities are available : High speed internet access, Satellite television channels (Astro), Iron & Ironing board, Hairdryer.

Terms & Conditions :

•	A surcharge of RM30.00 nett per room per night are applicable from 27 January 2009 to 01 February 2009, 01 July 2009 to 01 September 2009 and from 01 November 2009 to 01 January 2010.
•	A surcharge of RM120.00 nett are applicable during Formula One 2009 period from 03 to 05 April 2009
•	Rates quoted with ++ denotes subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
•	Rates quoted nett are inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
•	All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
•	No charge for children under 12 years old occupying same rooms as parents (without extra bed).
•	Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM60.00 ++ per bed per night without breakfast.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period : - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the hotel's bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
•	We accept American Express, JCB, MasterCard, Diners and Visa Cards.
•	Group and monthly rates available on request.
•	No extra charge for children under 12 years occupying same room with parents (without extra bed).

CANCELLATION POLICY :

One night room charges for the total rooms reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation not made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

All bookings during Christmas Eve on 24 December and on New Year’s Eve 31 December, guests are required to subscribe to the Eve’s Dinners at the following rates :

Child : RM60.00 ++ per child

Child : 02 to 12 years old
Child below 02 years old with occupying parent are free of charge

PEAK PERIOD – SURCHARGE DATES

A surcharge of RM30.00 nett per room per night are applicable on the following dates :

A surcharge of RM120.00 Nett are applicable on the following dates :
